A site visit request email is sent directly to our principal architect with the following information.
→ Your contact details and property address:
This allows us to review your property’s location prior to meeting with you. Our experience can offer you a better understanding of what your home needs simply by its location. This includes whether it is in a character-controlled area, and what flood and fire mitigation measures may need factoring into the design. In addition to other cost considerations and council constraints.
→ Preferred start date and available budget:
When it comes to raw materials, prices are increasing rapidly across the building industry. In addition, the building industry is plagued by long lead times and an increasing volume of building projects on the books. Our extensive contact list of builders and allied trades, allows us to lead you to the right builder for your particular project. We can also tell you what’s actually possible within your timeframe and budget.
